How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, contact the Amberglow team by email at info@new.amberglow.lt. Clearly state the information listed below in your message. We will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days.

  • Order number and date
  • Model of the item being returned
  • Detailed reason for return

14-Day Return Criteria

Items purchased may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt only if the items meet all of the following criteria:

  • Items have not been used;
  • Items have not been damaged;
  • Each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
  • Original labels have not been removed from the items;
  • Returned items are complete and have retained their marketable appearance.

Other Terms and Exceptions

  • Custom orders: Items cannot be returned if they were manufactured to order.
  • Inadequate quality: If the reason for return is an item of inadequate quality, we undertake to replace it or refund the payment once an authorized service center confirms manufacturer fault.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs for quality items being exchanged or returned are paid by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the item is refunded.
  • Refund: Payment for the item is refunded within 14 calendar days after the item is received and its condition is verified.
  • Return location: Items must be delivered to our store at Liepų St. 64, Klaipėda .

Warranty Terms

General Provisions

  • Warranty period: All items are covered by manufacturer or seller warranty. The period is specified in the item description. If the period is not specified, a 24-month warranty period applies to individuals.
  • Applicable to products: Warranty applies to desktop computers, monitors, computer components, their accessories, and peripheral devices.
  • What is covered: Warranty is valid only for technical defects arising from manufacturer fault (manufacturing defect or component failure).

Warranty does not apply if:

  • The item was damaged due to buyer fault or improper use (e.g., overclocking, cooling system modification);
  • Unauthorized repair was performed or parts were replaced at a non-authorized service center;
  • The item was mechanically damaged (scratches, cracks, case breaks);
  • The item was affected by liquids, dust, moisture, or extreme temperatures;
  • Failed parts are consumable (e.g., batteries, thermal paste), the wear of which is normal.

How to Request Warranty Service

In case of malfunction, please first contact us by email at info@new.amberglow.lt. In your message, specify the item model, purchase date, problem description, and, if possible, attach photos or video. After initial analysis, we will inform you whether the item needs to be delivered to an authorized service center.
