Will Windows be installed on the computer?

Yes! Every single desktop PC already has Windows 11 and the necessary drivers installed, so all computers are ready to use right away!

You only choose whether you need an activation key and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

What warranty applies to computers?

All computers are covered by a 2-year warranty!

How long does delivery take in Lithuania?

The standard delivery time for products we have in stock is 1-3 business days. If there is no "In Stock" label, the delivery time is 2-5 business days. However, we always do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible!

Will I receive the exact product shown in the photo?

Yes! You will receive exactly the product you ordered. However, the product's appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, angle, screen settings, or other factors.

If the question is about desktop PCs, you choose the appearance! Therefore, the selected package contents (cooling type, RAM amount, motherboard with/without Wi-Fi, etc.) can significantly change the internal aesthetics of the computer, which will not be visible in the standard computer photos.

But you can rest assured – if you choose a different computer case, you will receive exactly the one you selected!

How can I return a product?

Returns are possible if the product meets the conditions of our return policy.
